Coast to coast, our 300 stores, service and collision centers are routinely cleaned and sanitized in high-touch and common areas like door handles, bathrooms and kitchens with virus-killing CDC-approved disinfectants. We even provide our Customers an individually wrapped disposable pen to sign all documents. Plus, disinfectant wipes are available to our Associates to help reduce the spread of germs on their desks, phones and keyboards.
Staying on track with social spacing and good choices.
We love seeing our Customers in our stores, but we love seeing them stay healthy even more. So, whether you’re in the showroom, service center or walking the lot… our team is committed to maintaining a socially-spaced distance during all interactions, where possible. Also, we ask anyone who is sick or experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 not to enter our stores. Signs are posted to remind everyone of the most current protocols. Together, we can all stay healthy & safe.
Showrooms and Service Centers are geared towards safety.
With thousands of vehicles sold every day, we need to make sure every car and truck stays clean and sanitized where possible. That’s why our Cleaning Crews & Associates wipe down door handles, steering wheels, and dashboards. In fact, our new & pre-owned vehicles are sanitized with EPA-Approved disinfectants. Just look for the “SANITIZED” seal on the vehicle door to confirm it’s been prepped & sanitized.
Just like in our showrooms, our service TechXperts are committed to your safety. Every effort will be made to make your service visit as touch-free as possible. Protective covers are placed on the driver’s seat while your vehicle is being serviced. You can even request freshly cleaned or sanitized loaners (where available) if your vehicle requires longer service time. Plus, after we service your vehicle, we’ll sanitize it with an EPA-approved disinfectant registered for use against COVID-19.

Some Customers prefer the added convenience of taking delivery of a vehicle at their home or office. That works for us, too. Our team can guide your sales experience online and over the phone, including loan or lease applications, trade appraisal, and paperwork.
The best part is that we can set-up delivery to your home or office. It’s what we like to call Store-To-Door DeliverySM. At a scheduled time, your car will be delivered prepped and clean. The entire delivery experience will be done following all current safety and social spacing protocols, including an individually wrapped disposable pen to sign all documents.
