We want to make selling your vehicle to AutoNation as simple and easy as possible. We also want to make sure that you have all the facts. This way you know what you need to do to sell your vehicle and what you can expect from us.

• 1.By submitting your contact information, you are agreeing to receive communications from AutoNation Inc.
• 2.Your vehicle must be located in a market in which the AutoNation Inc. has a retail location;
• 3.You must be the registered owner of the vehicle associated with the offer.
• 4.You must possess a valid driver's license or other form of valid photo ID.
• 5.You agree the personal contact information and the information about your vehicle that was provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• 6.You must deliver your vehicle, with a valid registration and title in your name (all individuals listed on title must be present).
• 7.The offer is void if the vehicle odometer mileage exceeds the described mileage by 500 or more miles.
• 8.The AutoNation Offer Certificate must be redeemed on or before the expiration date listed on the Certificate but in no event later than seven (7) days after the certificate was issued.
• 9.An AutoNation appraiser will inspect your vehicle to confirm its condition and accuracy of the other information that you submitted about your vehicle online or on the phone. Based on the results of this visual inspection, the dollar amount of your Offer may be adjusted up or down.
• 10.The Certified Offer will not be made (or if made will be deemed voided) on commercial use, municipal use, taxis, reconstructed, salvaged vehicles, or vehicles that do not have a (VIN), vehicles not originally built for the United States market.
• 11.Vehicle must be in functioning (running) condition.
• 12.Offer will be made during business hours.
• 13.Providing any false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information will invalidate the offer.
• 14.Checks provided by AutoNation for payment for your vehicle will have anti-fraud protection that may delay cashing the check by several business hours.
